This post has so many images that it doesn’t need many words. You can find some in the captions, though.
My favourite curve: the one the sea makes when it’s happy. Disregard the power plant in the back.
Alien droppings. This reminds me: before moving here, Google maps told me that my future home was surrounded by “fattorie”. I was concerned until a kind soul informed me that a “fattoria” was a farm, rather than factory.
The most common curve around here – an arch. Capalbio on the hill.

Orbetello
This Orbetello airport seems a bit closed.
Taken through the bars in previous photo.
The middle and right ones are two lanes of Orbetello main road.
Oh, look who is also in Orbetello!

Wow. A plethora of curves, but I agree that my favorite is the shoreline…

Thanks, Sonia, I think my eye is drawn to them for some reason…

Ahh, perhaps the reason is that they invoke in us a sense of tranquility – the arch rises and falls gently and leads the eye from one end to the other. I like them too 🙂

The first photo’s text made me laugh: disregarding…done. The second photo is funny because my brother just showed me a photo he took here in finland which looked exactly the same as yours and we joked about how alien and sci-fi the scene looked! 🙂

See? Great minds… 😉 As for the power plant: it never seems to operate, maybe sometimes at night, there is never any smoke coming out. I guess Italy has plenty of solar cells to go around…

Or maybe it’s a farm 🙂

Hehe, Viveka, I like to make it hard to choose a favourite. 😉 Curves are everywhere you look.

Yes, really … never thought about that before .. until I saw your gallery. What theme are you using – very catching???

Ah, I’m glad you like the theme. I fell in love with it just as my first blog was filling itself up and had to start this, the second one. It’s called Dyad.

Okay, Dyad … I tried it out earlier .. I guessed it was the one you’re using, but it didn’t look that good when trying it. I suppose there a lot of tweaking.
