I don’t like to post stuff that is not mine but in this case there are several reasons why I can’t do it.
- This garden is in Scotland.
- There is only one day every year when it is open to the public.
- This year the day was May 1st.

I’ve had this link saved for a while now. I’d love this garden for its name alone, even if they only grew zucchini.
The photos have been snatched from here and there. I know. But this is bound to happen if you only let people in one day every year! Anyway, thank you for elevation, inspiration, craziness and, I’m quite sure, sense as well, deep inside.
And if you happen to be in the neighbourhood of Portrack House near Dumfries in South West Scotland on the one day when they let people in, celebrate the fact. Or plan around.

Yes, it seems to be the residence of the architect. Not that we’d wish to intrude, but maybe do it at least once a month?
