What a happy day!

Even though Fonzie was left in good care, we spent a particularly happy day in Rome with three new friends, with both East and West Coast represented. Just as I was complaining about lack of human company.

But first, as usually on the weekend, a recap of the past week on my blog. There were:

I don’t suppose many of you know that the real name of our Bestia is Fonzie, yes, after Arthur Fonzarelli from “Happy Days”.

Yesterday, while he was resting and apparently crying for us in the most beautiful Roman garden, we had a grand time, hopping around Rome’s less known neighbourhoods, basilicas and restaurants with a jolly American trio who thus commenced their tour of Italy. I told them – after yesterday all days will lack in comparison.

Let’s see what all you can see if a natural born Romano is showing your around. Individual destinations will get their own posts in the future (except the post office with no stamps – stamp it!). Click on the first photo and follow along.

    1. Thank you, Janet, and for what appears to be your first comment on my blog. 🙂 I’m glad you love Trastevere as well. And we could pack even more in one day, but spent quite some time in the car too… Well, it was perfect this way.

    1. Hehhe, Jan, I’d say almost always. Maybe not immediately after you had gelato. Even though…
