Four days is the longest I haven’t posted, I believe. I need to rectify this before I wake up and Thursday Doors open.
I’m swamped with photos, that’s the reason for not posting. When I figure out how to organise them, I’ll do it more often again. Especially after returning home on Sunday and settling back in the rhythm.
This was yesterday, in the town called Lokev in the part of Slovenia called Kras (we will return here in a coming post to have a look at the museum shop “Fabiani”), in the restaurant called “Muha” which means “fly”. They didn’t let us eat in the garden due to a wicked bestia girl of their own.
We could enter the interior though, and this is where complains stop.
But the pinnacle was this shot, taken from where I was eating. Usually I don’t play around with the shots I like, but this time I had and I like the b&w as well. I won’t ask you which you prefer but you can still tell me. See you when I wake up.

The atmosphere is so changed, b/w to color. Both kind of haunting.

I like them both. They are different. I also like the two photos with the dog. What was the food on the table? Looks yummy!

Thank you, Sunny Days. 🙂 This is fried chicken rolled in flour-eggs-breadcrumbs, what we call Vienna-styled, which is one of the most Slovenian foods you can eat.

Love them both, but if you twist my arm, I prefer the black and white.

No twist and shout but thank you, Joey. 😉

LOL at Bestia begging for food ;D Mmh, I like the one with colours…they’re warm colours, which suggest me you are going to sit at that table in a welcoming athmosphere and you’ll enjoy your food!

Thanks, Sara. I must admit that this photo makes the place look much more sophisticated that it really is. 😀

My vote is for the colour – nice warm ambiance.
I did a double-take on the 2nd photo. At first I didn’t notice the doggie nose sticking out from under the tablecloth 🙂

Hihi, yes, Joanne, this is how it is. He waits very patiently though. 😀 Usually he only gets some bread. Thanks, I love the ambiance this photo creates as well. I haven’t felt it when there. 😀
