This is a quick post with my six randomised headers.
Say what? Simple: Here are six photos that run at the top of my blog’s front page whenever I’m not featuring Thursday Doors, Weekly Photo Contest posts or something other.
Lest we forget, my blog runs under the headline
Eye spy, love speak, Volkswagen, or this is how we take word power back.
What is Volkswagen doing here? It is a result of my first impulse upon seeing the WordPress logo. Hence, my first blog had the headline:
Because words are pressing and words make worlds and that little sign there looks like a Volkswagen
“Love speak” comes from this Martin Luther King mural in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia, that has since been defaced (hm… I bet there is another word for it) which makes me sad. But on here it lives on. This was the original header of this blog.
After that I’ve added five more. All six are randomised so you never know which one you are going to get. First I included some sea creatures from Metelkova City in Ljubljana.
Then I looked towards the sea before a storm.
I had to add this view of Piran’s St. George Church with Triglav, the highest Slovenian peak in the background.
Then there was spring in Rome and this balcony was the winner. I passed it just today again and toasted to it (silently).
And finally, the wow effect of Pitigliano, one of the most amazing sights I’ve encountered in Italy so far.
Here there are then. I had a feeling I have to save them in a separate post. Click on any or all for a better view and enjoy your weekend.

Pitigliano! Good grief! I need to go! Great blog post theme, as well 🙂

Thank you, Liz. Yes, yes, Pitigliano is a must! What do you mean by blog post theme? It’s not new. You have the same one!

Not your blog theme, but your blog POST theme – this one, of the 6 headers 🙂

Love all these headers! But I have a soft spot for Martin Luther King’s mural ❤ Message for those who slashed it: you deserve to be hanged from your feet, so that blood (and hopefully some sense) finally reaches your brains. Sigh.

😦 Agree. I think the reason was that this mural was commissioned. The artist got paid. And this is a big no no for some. (Guessing here.)

Yes, I figured because in the “suggested posts” appeared an old post of yours in which you explained this fact. Sigh. I don’t understand why artists reason in this way: it’s not like he sold his art to the devil! There’s nothing wrong in being payed for your work, you just have to be coherent in your approach and with others!

Oh so much pretty. So much to choose from. The sea and Pitigliano are perhaps my faves.

All very cool – I was sure the sea creatures would be my favorite until I saw the sea and the incredible Pitigliano scene!
