Empty Tweet slate

A clean slate is an empty slate.
—Jim Morrison

And since we are doing new things today – I’ve just posted my first ever Tweet. It was this photo and this text:

Greetings from my own Etruscan great-great-grandmother dressed for the occasion of rising from the tomb in Vetulonia.

And yes, I found @SnowMeltsSW even before they offered me the Pope, Renzi and Jovanotti to follow. I’m not sure how active I will be over there, but I tend to enjoy cramming stuff in the fewest words. Any of you there? You find me @ManjaMexiMovie. I guess my slate is not blank any longer.

    1. Thanks, Charlotte, got you! I’m bit confused as yet, about what to do there, what to do here, what to do on fb, but I’ll take it as it comes.

I do almost nothing with Twitter except follow a bunch of people I seldom remember to read. And post the occasional petition.

    1. Hehe, thanks, Ellen, if you change your habits and start speaking up, say and I’ll be there. 🙂

I’m always pleased when people follow me on twitter, even though I know how empty it is. But I don’t recommend it.

Wonderful shot. I’ll see you over on Twitter. You’ll find yourself either loving it or thinking it’s a total waste of time; there doesn’t seem to be a middle ground 🙂

  7. What, I was more famous than the Pope for a moment?!! 😂 I’m happy you found me! And gave me my moment of fame! Thanks! Your first tweet has me re-reading it over and over again… You managed to fit a lot into a few words! I’ve been learning to do banner ads at work and also they require a very concise message so tweeting is good practise, hahah, I find it quite difficult to be concise! 😊 I like photo, too, the colors and patterns, and the girl reflected 😉

    1. Hihi, SMSW, that’s because I looked pass the Pope and all of them and went straight after you! 😀 I remember how long ago sis told me that I should be on Twitter after one of my mini rants. We shall see how it goes. Thank you for your kind words. As long as it’s a girl and not a great-grandmother. 😀
